4 exercises for your park workout

Don’t wait until you’re at the gym to get moving! Focus on the present moment, thanks to working out and Joanna’s tips.
The 4 following exercises can be executed wherever you want – no weight needed – and can be achieved in 15 minutes.

  1. Step-up with back lunge
  2. Dip (for an easier version, move the feet closer to the body)
  3. Squats
  4. Burpees
